And in what was surely the ultimate irony of the weekend, I (aka: the guy who posts all the fotos) gets hooked up with none other than Jesse Alexander as my co-driver for Saturday's run to Paso RoblesAbout a 1/3 of the way into a twisty canyon run I asked if he was OK with the speed as some people are not good riders. He replied "well, I've lapped the Nurburgring with Phil Hill - we're fine"
He had 3 cameras and was snapping pics the entire way! The highlight of the event for me.
Wow, so many cool cars!
and me, so close in San Luis Obispo but down with the flu- not fun.
I wish I was well enough to go, but at least I did not contaminate you guys.![]()

Thanks for sharing pics, little bit of fog - was that caused by the marguaritas', or the two stroke blender? Where do you think Jesse will post his pictures? Love that blender, need to get one of those out here on East Coast. Looks like track day was a ball!

Paul

The shot of the white 911 in the fog is a superb photograph. I nominate it for inclusion in our next calender.
Well done. ......talk about capturing a mood and ambiance.
