Anyone know the price of a new set of rocker arms from Dopke Design Motorsports? I have a set to sell that are the adjustable type (no elephant's feet), heat treated and polished to a mirror finish.

Dopke, there's a name I haven't heard in 20 years. I remember the ad for the rockers, but there was never a price in the ads.
Clay was on the original Porschelist and Rennlist email lists back in the '90s, and I remember him posting about his retirement from the Porsche biz after he had a heart attack or something? I think he offered Rennlist members a discounted price on his remaining inventory back then and if I recall correctly, the polished rockers were around $300/set, but as they say, the memory is the first thing to go....

Wow! I havent heard his name in years. His shop was right down the road and I was over there a few times a week! He built some really cool 911's! That was when slant noses were big and there were always at least 8 of them there. I know this doesnt help with your quest for a price...sorry. Many interesting stories about Clay....

So Cole, Do you have a price on these yet?
This was more to find out about the rockers, I was interested since I had not heard Clay's name in a while and the price always seemed to be a secret. As I was going through the bag I also noticed I only have 11 of them, so unless you have a really rare setup I don't even have a complete set. Kind of cool though. If I can find that last one I'll probably use them on a future project, have several engine projects coming up, or sell them if someone has to have them (for a reasonable price of course...). I often find stuff and then sell it to the next "project" engine to keep the costs down. Next up is a 914/6 GT with a 2.5 and a 2.4T conversion to an RS with MFI, they might work in there.
