Have values fallen this low or am I missing an obvious defect?

Within the last two years 4 number matching softies traded over $100,000 w/ a high of $150,000 for a perfect low mileage car out of the bay area. If this car is indeed as Curt stated "very nice" and he has seen enough to know, do we have a reflection of an adjusted marketplace or a buying opportunity?
How would this car grade out? Say in relation to the Hopkins/Cabel softie?

Luke,
I sent you an email.
"This S is numbers matching, rust-free and collision-free."
Ok mystery solved, non-matching number despite ebay ad proclaiming different. This is the car sold a couple of years ago out of the east. Price is more reflective of value considering the car.

It looks very nice but it is missing some easilly fixed details which may lead to possible other details which would surface in a personal inspection. The engine decals are wrong. It's missing the wiper arms and blades. The paint under the engine grill is not satin black. I suspect a lot of other details may be incorrect also.

Beautiful car.
Only question:
Those lovely seats have plugs for head rest bayonets, and appear to be R and L (not both L as on 67) indicating that the seats are not '67 sports. Does the CoA indicate that this was originally a sport seat optioned car?

As per the seats, the ad said,"mostly original". Is that Frank G`s old car?
