    1970 911 Air Cleaner Question

    Is there supposed to be a gasket in the cover to seal it with the main assy ?? If so, where would I find one ??

    Yes, there is supposed to be a gasket in there.

    I would check with Pelican Parts, Stoddards, DC Automotive, Sunset Porsche to name a few places to look. Not sure if they carry them.

    yes ,its a rubber band O-ring thing approx 3/4 x 1/8 inch
