    It is complete isn't it Shaun just no binders/binder?

    The 73 ones I have has 2 parts with sections 1 top 9 and index I am not sure if the 69 book was as comprehensive but I assume its all there...correct??

    yes, it's complete and weighs in at 6 pounds! This one has 3 sections.

    cheapest way to get it there is USPS Medium Flat Rate box, $41.28.
