Those are NOT Porsche!!!! I bought a set of these at the 2010 swap meet from you and they are too large for the TTG driving lights...

Thank u execmalibu
but they are porsche-what u bought has no relation to what i have
they are for the porsche ttg lights-they came in a porsche box and i bought them about 20 years ago
i have 2 nos ttg kits in the porsche boxes with the lights -of course- and they fit perfectly
i know these lights very well
maybe even better than you

Hi Paul
Can i please check (given you have/had boxes), are these TN1/TN2 clear glass lenses (as were available through porsche with part number 914.631.913.11) ?
Cheers Paul

To me they look like correct Porsche Hella 118 through the grill Euro fog lenses(3) and Euro driving light(1) lens with the correct diameter. The driving light lens has 17 vertical stripes in the glass compared to the larger Mercedes lens with 19 vertical stripes. The US lenses looks different(TN4). The Hella 118 was also used on other cars with identical lenses to the ones supplied to Porsche.

PM sent,
Thanks,
Paul,
I bought the pair of lenses from you at the March 2010 swap meet... I was not paying close attention and the numbers were covered in masking tape that said Porsche with a price... They looked identical to the Porsche lenses but were to large by only 1/4 inch for the Porsche TTG lights. They were not 4571 lens...
It looks like in your photo that they are the same slightly over size and type lenses that I bought in March 2010?... I think that these are for a Mercedes?
Jim Callaway tried to return them for me and he said that you refused... Callaway just sold them this week to Tom from Tweeks for less then I paid...
What is the number on the clear lens (driving light) that you are offering for sale today? Are they 4571?

Paul,
I will ask again.... Do the clear lenses with the dot/circle in the center shown in your listing have the number 4571 on the bottom? Are they definitely for the Porsche 118 Hella driving lights?
Soterik... Dont they look a little too large as compared to the other lenses shown... Prior to the set I bought by mistake I had never seen the exact same style Hella driving light lenses that are too large to work in our lights..

Just for everyone's reference, close-ups of the markings on these lenses would be helpful as well as OD measurements...
