    69 door pocket question

Just bought some door pocket latches, (not new but in perfect condition), and the passenger side pocket has no latching pin affixed to pocket. How can something be fabricated to fix this or is there someone out there with some past experience dealing with that? I was thinking a long rivet but the repetitive latching probably won't work as the pockets are made with some hard cardboard type material. I certainly am not going to buy a pocket for a pin

If you mean the pull down door pocket and also black platic pin pin that catches the spring steel clip (latch) then you can still but them from porsche
    and they are cheap

That is what I mean. So Stoddards should have this pin? You wouldn't happen to know the part number would you? Thanks Clyde
