    Luke... all i can say is that if I were to buy one it would SURELY mark the very top of the market!!! The collector car market would crash, cats and dogs living together...PURE CHAOS!!!

    So if a car sells to a dealer/flipper are they not counted in the ownership list? Seems to me if the second owner sold it to this guy it wouldn't it be a three owner car?

    all of those with the exception of the black car have been listed for sale by the same sellers (dealers) before. Those are not new cars for sale....

    Well back when Ferrari market was going great guns, cars might change hands 3-4 times a day, it hasn't got that crazy yet.

    There is a guy at my mountain who is still skiing on his original pair of these boots... they haven't cracked yet, and he "claims" they don't leak either. I see him almost every weekend, and he skis "hard"....

    I remember those days Phil. A guy was keeping his 246 Dino in my garage. Cool car but his was a pile. Anyhow; he kept me abreast of the market by leaving copies of Cavalino and Prancing Horse. The stories he told were absolutely wild. Most of them were not stories!

    E: I test drove a pair of Scott Boots. Man! They were hard as granite but you could really carve an edge with them. (We get a lot of ice from freezing and thawing.)
    Here is my recollection written by someone else. Hard, Cold and uncomfortable (I couldn't customize the pair I had because they weren't mine). The cold part did it for me.

    9112300155

    VIN = 9112300155
    Eng# = ?
    Trans# = ?
    Mileage = ?

    . . . . I bought this car from a personal friend who is a collector in 1985. He was the second owner bought the car from a commercial airline pilot who imported it from Europe. This is an early car #155. This has been my most favorite sports car of all. A down to metal restoration paint job was done in the late 90's. The engine and transmission was overhauled less than 2,000 miles ago, by a well known Porsche mechanic. It was never run better, incredible power curve easily to 7,000 RPM! You may want to store the car but it is impossible to not drive it.

    Pros
    original 911 S
    black and tan combo
    factory sunroof coupe
    factory A/C upgraded and works
    recent engine and transmission overhaul stopped counting receipts at $10,000.00
    original Recaro seats as you can see from the wear
    decent tread life on excellent tires
    history of ownership
    I have original steering wheel that goes with car
    original correct radio
    car is reliable and drives like a dream
    sunroof and all electrical works excellent

    Cons
    car is need of details,
    needs repaint
    rust repair lower driver door, passenger side, and under head lights.
    rear driver side bumper damage,
    windshield needs rust repair, I new rubber seal.
    needs carpets and recover seats, I have large roll of leather

    This is will be available for viewing once this week on Saturday due to my profession.
    If car does not sell I have already contacted a restoration shop to complete the repairs. I am reachable by e-mail at nesjavech@aol.com . . .
