    I'm guessing that license plate panel fell off during the photo session.

    Looks like someone tried towing/pulling that car with the front and rear nudge bars.

    Inspecting just pics available, the essential parts are there. Actually, there were less than 10 1969 SWT's done at the factory Worldwide. Because the lack of motor,perfect candidate for a 3.0L transplant. That car, done in tangerine with a flat 6 would be very sexy.
