    For Sale New Pirelli CN36 Tires

    If you want a really hot set up for a SWB car I have 4 new Pirelli CN36's tires for sale. I have two 175/70/15's and two 185/70/15's that can be used on either 5.5" or 6" rims or a combination of both. My understanding is these tires were commissioned by Porsche AG from Pirelli for a series that never took place and were then sold thru the sole distributor in the US Lucas Tires. They combine the use of modern rubber compounds with a vintage thread design for the best of both worlds. These sold for over $1K new + the cost of the tubes. I have these four available for $600 including the tubes and not the cheap tubes either (made in China) but ones made by Michelin. If interested drop me a line.

    Ahhhh the sixties... I envision myself one early Saturday morning wearing plaid shorts, black shoes with white socks smoking a cigarette heading to the hardware store to buy a bag of nails.
    SWB cars are an acquired taste however once acquired theirs no turning back.
