Does anyone know the quality or authentic-ness of these visors???
They look pretty good, but one must deal with AA.
On ebay they go for $175 for the pair.

My old factory ones self destructed, and have a set of all black ones currently that just don't look all that right.

    Doug,

Take care that the 'white side' is the right color off white. The repops I've seen lately have been more tan than off white. The actual manufacture is acceptable, but the color is off. I suppose one could paint that side with a good vinyl spray.

I agree with Chuck, just fitted Porsche Classic sunvisors to my 69 the bone color is slightly off, I can take a photo if it helps.

Having said that they are 100% better than my original ones.

I was close to order a set, I'm also wondering about the off-white / tan color... I saw a set at Hershey, new, but not Porsche classic, the seam around was really bad. So does someone can confirm if there is a better source then another for those repro. Does these are the same as the first post ?

I posted a pic in another thread of the Porsche Classic ones next to my original. Mine came from Sierra Madre. I think they're fine. The outer seam is noticeably different, but close enough for me.

    Guess I'll hold off.
Doesn't sound like they fit well, last well....and are worth the money.
My late model black visors will just have to do for the time being.

Not very impressed with the European repro's...they are tan and not ivory and the initial fit is poor as well. I ordered an ivory headliner from the same vendor and the visors definitely don't match, cheap low quality interpretations of the originals IMHO. Anyone have feedback on the Porsche re-issued two tone visors compared to the originals? At almost twice the cost I wonder if they are twice the quality?

Look at my pics in the link of the Porsche classic ones against the original '72 ones. Not perfect, but far better than the ones that I'm replacing. The old ones would look out of place in a car that's gone through a bare metal repaint with a new interior.

I am bringing this thread back to the top since no one has answered in a long time. I did a good bit of searching and I don't see where there are any new posts with current info regarding the sun visor offerings. I am posting what I have found for sale below. Any help would be appreciated. My car is a 1973 911S and my visors are original and pregnant LOL.

Sierra Madre has some for $138.36 Listed as Black/Tan
    https://sierramadrecollection.com/Bl...89-p29807.html

ASSE has some for $170.00 listed as Black/Off-White
    https://www.aasesales.com/products/b...42ed8427&_ss=r

AutohausAZ has some on sale for $107.99 ($126.12 delivered, I ordered these) listed as Black/Beige These are the ones produced by JP Group Dansk that others also sell for more money around $140's
    https://www.autohausaz.com/pn/JP-1689800110

Lakewell has some for around $148.00 listed as White/Black
They claim they are exact reproductions copied from OEM.

If anyone has feedback let's here it. Almost anything will be better than what I have now.

The BEST sun visors I’ve inspected are made by Forst and available from Heritage Parts UK.
Details that let down other repros are the thick edge seams where the vinyl has been hermetically sealed; the shape - some are more squared off and don’t mirror the original silhouette; the hinges; and embossing around the mirror These are all addressed in the Forst sun visors.
They are not perfect, but side by side with my set of excellent originals, they are pretty damn good!!!!
My only nit pick would be that the screw at the hinge is black and not silver.
And the price is £73.50 for the set.
Oh .. and they make LHD and RHD! (Yes, I bought a set!)
