To put it mildly... fantastic color on a very clean car. Needed cash in a hurry?

I'm not sure that 'price' from the ebay ad actually reflects the SOLD price. I would bet it does not. Auction ended early...who knows what really went down

I like that color a lot. Almost as much as Mexico Blue...

    I do.
I bought it. I saw the car on eBay, immediately contacted the seller and negotiated a deal that we're both happy with. ;-)
Now I wonder how it will look in my garage, next to my 'fraise' 1973 Targa and my son's arrow blue 1976 Targa.
    A colorful trio, I suppose....
    best,

congrats Arjen, I was about to pull the trigger myself but then snapped out of my fantasy to realize I couldnt pay for it.
these colors are so alluring that when a good one like this shows up you just feel that you ought to or have to buy it in case in ends up in the wrong hands.

I am fairly sure that car was on Classic Autotrader about 2 months ago for a lot less then posted but who knows what work was done or needed. In any even looks like nice car and a good deal is whatever the buyer feels comfortable paying.

I had contacted the seller but it was sold. It was out of TX also I do not want to post the price as it was significantly lower. I have past owners name and info if needed? I just looked through my trash emails. I was beat out by a day or so. PM and I wil forward orig and and his replies.
