    So this appears to be a very nice car, very original with low miles for its age. Late '72 as it has the interim all black bumperettes. Be patient and stay the course. Good luck with your sale.

    Peter, thanks for the encouragement and the info! I always wondered why I had black instead of chrome - guess i should have asked someone here. Someone is going to be VERY pleased with this car at the price I am selling it for - especially compared to some of the recent sales I have been following.

    My sense is that a lot of US buyers will be sad to lose out on this one...

    That's a nice sentiment Peter, but they had plenty of chances to buy it and no one on this continent pulled the trigger. Looks like only 7 or 8 bidders on the ebay auction this time around. Pity.
