WTB: NOS or Close door top interior rails 72-73

One of the last items I need for the 72S restoration are the 2 door top rails right and left. These are a molded piece for the 72 and 73 years. Please let me know what you have. Thanks, -Scott

Now, I know one you guys is sitting on a perfect pair of these. I'll pay well for them and they will go to a worthy 72S. Thanks, -Scott

Hey Eric, I just ordered some stuff from your e-bay store like 2 minutes ago. The only difference for the 72 73 years is they are a molded piece and not vinyl wrapped over metal. I'll shoot a pic.

actually they are foam molded over metal and then covered in vinyl. Other years should fit and can be recovered in appropriate vinyl.

    i think i have a spare set.
sadly as is often the case the drivers has a crack.
im pretty sure the passenger is solid.
let me know if you want me to check as getting to my barn is a bit difficult with the recent snowstorm.
i'd have to get out my snowshoes!

Ok, here's the pics. The rail on top is what I'm looking for it's a completely molded piece and the vinyl is not replaceable. These were used on the 72/73 years. The one pictured on the bottom from 71 and earlier is metal then foam and then wrapped with vinyl which is easy to wrap with new vinyl. These will go on my 72S restoration so need to be NOS or close to it. They tend to crack at the lock hole. Bob, I'd buy the passenger one if it's solid.

Cees, thanks for the pics. I do need them to be nicer for this car but thanks anyway. Those are close.
