    73 radio delete

    hi
    my 73 E was delivered without a radio.
    should the delete panel be a piece of aluminium covered in the dash trim vinyl or one of those plastic ones on ebay with PORSCHE printed on them ?

    I don't think the metal would be aluminum. My guess is that it is a thin piece of sheet metal, painted black and covered in the appropriate upholstery material. The plastic ones are for SWB cars.
