    Scheel Seats Restoration

    I am in the process of restoring a set of Scheel seats. I have the correct fabric and work is about to begin. I have found some pics from the internet that serve as a good guide but would also like to ask for help from anyone who has a set of Scheels. If you have an original set like these or have restored a pair like these could you post some pics for me? Thanks!

    Great seats. Same model in my CSL, unrestored... note position of seams on bolsters.

    Thanks guys. Seats were completed yesterday and I am gong to check them out today. Interesting thing is that the original fabric that was removed on the seats; the seat and back cushions had no pleats. I have seen others like this and others with multiple pleats. Uai, wish I had seen those earlier!

    Thanks Dick. I actually purchased the material and parts for the seats from Gerrit. Great stuff. Finished the seats today. I am actually selling them because I found a pair of early Recaro seats that I am going to go with instead. But the project has been fun so far!
