    air cleaner bases -please id

    Could i have an id on these with year suitablilty

    Those are the air cleaner bases for the early '66-'69 Weber carburated engines.

    The position of the clips are different and the clips are larger on the '70-'71 Zenith and MFI cleaner bases.

    The attached photo shows the early '66-'69 version on the right and the later '70-'71 version is shown on the left.

    I would say 1968-9 based on the wire clips. My 67 has solid metal clips. Other than that, they are the same oa the earlier bases.
