Hi, we are restoring one right now, 73 RHD S, history from new, blood orange, sport seats. it is not our car but the owner is considering selling this upon completion and a LHD 2.4S he has to go towards buying an RS. Shall I ask him for you?
Here is a quick pic of the shell (the one on the left, the other is a RHD 2.2S we are restoring)
Thanks
Alan
Ok, I am always trying to learn, please take my question in that spirit - I have seen the car, but not driven it (it was/is way beyond my budget), and I have spoken to the dealer and the owner who had it restored. I am a newbie in the early Porsche world, I have read a couple of thousand pages on the subject, but have limited practical experience... Could you educate me by pointing out the details on the pictures of car that make it obviuos to you, that the claim about original parts is rubbish? To my inexperienced eyes the car looked obsessively original.
Regards
