    What's it worth? Porsche 911 #302124

I have this chassis and engine and will be selling it soon. A friend found out I had it and has the means to restore it. I was always told it was a 1965 but the paint code is 6602 so I guess it was MADE in mid 1965... The care has no interior, missing front and rear glass and quite a bit of rust... front pan, some on the rocker panels. The area above the rear seats has rusted through around the vents (I'm told this is common..) The engine seized up in '77. Has Solex carbs. This would be quite a project. Anyone have an idea what it's worth?

    Hello Ed,

A couple of photos would be useful. Now it is not possible to establish the car's condition.

    best,

    Robert

    Thanks Robert,
Right now we're having a bit of an ice storm. Several folks have expressed interest and I have promised to upload pics and provide more info as soon as possible....

I would assume since you moved my post that you are an admin... May I respectfully ask why you moved my post to General Info? I ask because my intent is to sell the car... Did I commit some infraction? Didn't mean to....

    Ed,

Once you post a car or parts in our 'For Sale' (classifieds) forums our policy is you must state a price....

We put you over here in 'General' while you get an idea of the car's worth (hopefully through PM's off line) and then you can come back a post post your car in the for sale forum with it's stated price.........
