Captive clips for dashboard speaker grille on 1972 coupe

I have just replaced the rotten speaker under the grille on the dashboard, but the clips that hold the grille into the dashpad just crumbled to dust. I searched everywhere I know for these parts. Does anyone know the correct name or part number and where to get them?

I don't want to be forced to resort to rawl plugs...
