The later ones seem to be all sealed up and obviously cannot be taken apart easily but these look like they can be disassembled. Any ideas???

I think you just pull out that pin on the back.

Yep, you were right. I was afraid to pull too hard but it worked.

If you clean the perimeter of the plug off you can see numbers labeled
Make a note of them and the corresponding color wires.....
I'd love a copy of what you list done......
It would seem that the harness that you're working on is quite unique, as a couple of us restoring 69ers have the same style plugs, but nothing is listed in the wiring diagrams for them, and none of the experts seem to have seen them before.
I've still got one plug to do, the main engine ancillaries.......and I'd lost my records with a computer crash..... It's a pain running a power supply, and pinning out each plug.....ask me how I know.

Here's the photos I took prior to disassembly... The little rubber dimple on the side of the plug is a good reference point as there is only one dimple on these plugs. My car had the 3rd connector cut off so I need to do some research of my own![]()

Thanks for the photos, I can post where I'm at I've nearly got the LH plug done, which looks like what you're missing, as I can see the black with purple (tach) in one of your photos.
Tony
I think you are seeing a solid black wire. The black/purple wire is in the cluster that got cut.
I need a spare connector to make this right again, so if anyone has a correct 69 connector, please let me know.

I think this helps. (the numbers are from our own drawings)
If not, just send a PM.
Best regards from Holland.
