10000 V red screwdriver flat tip differences

Hi Guys !! This has probably been covered previously but I was wondering why where are two different red handles to these flat tipped screwdrivers. They are the same size. One has a tip at the end where the metal shaft enters the red handle. Thanks !! Attachment 525129Attachment 525130

Looks to be just a different mfg. process used by a second source.
