I cannot speak to the quality, but I can tell you it has been listed on eBay multiple times.
I've also noticed it on ebay multiple times but it does seem like a nice car considering the price.
I have requested Chassis and Engine numbers but did not get a response.
I like the car but am not sure what vintage the Engine is.
If it were a 2.2 series built to a 2.7 -which Im not sure if it is, I think its a sweet deal.
Other than that- looks like to be a quite straight up car.
Talked to the owner and the car is a non-matching numbers car. In a way I would buy a car that is non-matching but not from someone I don't know and frankly a person that has a bit of an attitude. Anyway I'll keep on looking.
Cheers.
I feel ya on that.
Its diffrent value numbers if the motor is from another 71 T as opposed to a 69 or 74 car.
I wouldnt care if it was from another 71 car as long as it runs strong, its not trying to be pristine so it wouldnt bother me.
However- never got that answer.
As far as the guy- well after a thorough beating of miscellaneous questions from 'maybe buyers,' I kinda undestand hes 'over it.'
Wouldnt let that steer you off a solid driver.
i don't get it; that looks like a fantastic car??? Were i in the market i'd be on a plane with a check and a date for a PPI. Don't know what reserve is but under $20k (if it is that) who gives a **** about matching #'s?
