I have a roof clip with a manual sunroof like the one on ebay, do anyone have any information on this? I have never seen a sunroof like this in any optionlist? Mine came from a 69 912. Could it be aftermarket? The sunroof open as you squees a handle an slide the panel manually, like in older Mercedes.

This looks to be the same as the one I had a car that is now in France. At first I thought this was installed in Europe, since the car came from Belgium D'ietern Freres but later learned it was done in Californai. If you look at the installation you see that it was not an easy job. In fact, metal would have to be added for a nice roof like this. It couldn't have been inexpensive. The hardware on this sunroof is decent but not great like a factory Golde sunroof. I was unable to find the manufacturer but I'm guessing it was/is? a California company.
