Bonjour,
I am the new happy and proud owner of this unrestored pristine 1973 US 911 2.4 T/E.
Also the car was exported from the US to the netherlands in 1998...
I am trying to rebuild the history of the car in the US.
Previous owners, mileage, original document...
How/where would you advise me to search ?
PCA ? other forums ?
I need help please.

PCA, yes.
Also, in the US, the DMV in each state will have info on every title transfer (sale or inheritance). You write them, pay a fee and get some of the personal info. Some will even send a "Dear PO" letter to the PO if you ask.
As soon as I get the State from where the car was exported, I'll then contact the DMV and continue my quest.. Many thanks for this advice. Best regardsQuote:

Really pretty car. Can you enlighten me as to what a "T/E" is?
YMMV depending on the state. Some will release no information at all and some will be limited. California, for example, is now limited to 10 years of history (I think it's 10. I just did one and can double check but it is now limited).Quote:
