One of my cars came with the original 'oval shaped' mounting hooks for safety belts, but without the belts. What do 1965 belts look like?
This are early system I have found in my archive.
I beleive several brands co-existed and US and RoW belts could differ. None of these system were mandatory until the seventies.
1966/67 Accessories. You could order both lap and diagonal belts.

I do need the screws, mounted at the back side panels in order to hold the safety belt . .
