I have searched the database for threads related to the interior cabin paint details, but i was hoping for some good photos of the details to use as a guide. Specifically:
- can someone provide a photo of the paint detail for the linkage tunnel?
- can someone provide a photo of the body schutz 'up to the B pillar?'
- can someone provide a photo showing how far the black paint is to overlap on the door edges?

Well, here's a photo of the driver's side door on my '65. It's been repainted so I can't guarantee it' 100% original.

The correct answer probably depends upon your car's year and color combination. Peter Morgan's Original Porsche 911 has photos of a right hand drive '65 911, slate grey with red leather and I don't think it has black paint behind the door card. The same applies to that book's photos of a red '68 with black interior.
I have one original brochure from Porsche of America showing a door edge with a light interior. It's undated but shows '65 911s.

It's hard to tell but I think that's just red paint in shadow at the edge of the door card.

paint sceme on the bahama yellow car is incorrect ..area around the outer seat belt mounting points(sill) and the ones for the rear seat belts should not be painted black...at least for this car..but i m pretty sure the painter guys in the factory sometimes did

based on those photos, it appears that the seat belt fittings and linkage tunnel were painted black.
would you also have a photo or two showing the black details along the side rails? (the white example seems to have black only on top of the seat supports, while the yellow example seems to have blacked the entire side rail(s). in addition, the front bulkhead in the yellow example is black, while the white example does not show the same thing.)
