Best way to get out of early 911?

This may be an odd question. Sometimes I have trouble getting out of my 1970 911. What is the
ergonomic way to egress an early 911? Anybody know? I usually propel myself out by using my
left elbow against the driver's door jam. If I have a short sleeve shirt on it leaves a smear from the
oil on my skin.

This way doesn't leave a smudge ... Not particularly elegant and it makes your hands dirty though ;)

A novel way is to follow the lead of our Prime Minister ...just hold a national referendum on it and you'll find to your great surprise when you wake up you are actually already out...just be very sure that you want to get out ....because you won't be able to get back in again. This method is very effective leaving European cars but not sure it has been tried for American or Japanese cars however :)
