Two decades ago a car magazine was like printing money. You could easily make a million dollars a year with a circulation of 100,000. You really don't want to know what Bob Petersen was making with Hot Rod and Motor Trend. :)
Then it all went to hell.
Today no one is making money and we have twice the number of magazines. What am I missing?
