Does anyone offer fairly accurate lightweight door cards? Proper card material/thickness, vinyl thickness, non-padded, extra length at top to overlap top of door, etc?

Keith,
Many pics on his web site and posts on FB and instagram as well- best thing to do is call him
Keith- I supplied the leather and door tops to Auto's International and they made them. They turned out beautiful. I've got pics if you want to see...LMK.

Thanks guys - I'm looking for accurate reproductions of these (shamelessly referencing one of the best threads on Early S) ;)
The vinyl extends over the top of the card onto the door sheetmetal, they're unpadded save the little foam donut around the window winder hole, etc.
If someone already makes a good repro, I won't have to.

hmm, there was a source for card material referenced in an earlier thread here,, which I bookmarked, but cannot seem to find at the moment...
I have not seen anyone who has done it the way the RSR was done with the flap of material taking place of the upper garnish rail. I am sure Tony knows what you mean, and can do whatever the customer wants.
Haven't taken the beauty shots of my car yet, but here you go. My door panels were made by Auto's International in Escondido, CA. I supplied the leather. I also had them pull the foam off of the 70-71 door tops and re-cover them in leather. I like the "thinner" look to them. Sorry for the iPhone photos:
