Bought the door check rebuild kit from Aase which included 2 rollers and a new arm, it is garbage the arm snap in 2 after installing and opening the door 3 or 4 times. Luckily I kept the old arm on my passenger side and just replaced the rollers, what is everyone else doing to replace these? Now I have to take the damn door apart again.

Be advised if you need to drill out for an oversize pin: Not sure what that steel is but I wasted a cobalt bit on one.
They are available elsewhere, same part, less expensive. The only issue is that there is a slight misalignment of the mounting holes. a rat file solves the problem. Mine went in to the 72 with no other problems and work well.
