FS: Original 1956 Porsche Factory Poster

For sale is a factory poster - NOT a reproduction - from 1956.

The text reads "Ahead of its time and ahead of everyone else." Very rare, and most likely the work of Hanns Lohrer who is considered one of the pioneers of German postwar graphic design. Aside from his other work, Lohrer played a pivotal role in the visual appearance of the Porsche brand during the 1950s and ’60s.

I showed this poster to Tony Singer at the most recent Porsche Toy and Lit gathering in Los Angeles this past weekend (March 4th), and he looked at it, and stated to me that it is original in his opinion.

Despite the age, colors are still crisp and should clean up nicely. i sold another one on this board a couple months ago.

Asking $1,550 for this extremely rare poster.
