How to make matte leather shiny?

I had the front seats redone in my 68S and they came back looking great except the new leather has a dull matt finish and of course does not match the original leather in the rest of the car.
I foolishly did not take the sample offered to me before the work.
Now I just hope there is some thing I can put on it? or do I need to have them redone, again, in the correct shiny finish leather ( which I have found in Germany) to have them match the original rear seats and generally look right?

In Germany there are several companies specialising in Leather restoration (not recovering the seats but restoring the old Leather) .
They can paint your Leather - just like painting the metal of your car. Basically 99% of all car leathers are painted by default.
However it won't be the same as if it would have been done with the correct leather in the first place - you'll see that all threads at the seams will be painted as the thread sucks up the color too.
OR just use it - grease, polish and sweat will make it glossy over time - at least where you sit in.

Thanks for the help. I will try Obenouf product. Lexol only lasted about a week or two and it was matt again.
The trouble with the "shiny over time' approach is as Uli noted, it will only look shiny in the parts used and the back of the seat and parts not rubbed on will not have the original shiny look.
I attached my recovered one for a comparison and a NOS leather head rest that was pulled out of a box and wiped off with a dry cloth.

have you thought of hiring cheap labor to get in sit down get up and repeat too get that patina ? lots of folks looking for work these days ;)

Ha!! Nice, but I do not want patina, I want it to look like new from Porsche in the day.

Not something you'll notice while driving, but sometimes we obsess overhangs no one else will ever notice.
Are you absolutely sure that headrest is leather? From my experience most of the leather cars I remember were not shiny, the vinyl cars certainly were shiny.

Just looked at a couple NOS leather seats. The leather didn't have much if any shine.

....and that headrest picture sure appears to be Pleather
