This is about as close the inner workings as I can get.
And not a speck of dust to be seen.
Great close up Photography is ,,,, "Art" especially when the subject matter already is.
And we wonder why we balk at original spare part prices.

My task is the loose end of the plastic part.
The switch was pulled to hard to flash high beam that it stays in this position.
I think the mid contact is bend.
Do you have a picture of this area with contacts and plastic?

Got the high beam flash repaired. Hi low switch leads a life of its own

1. switch end skipped (before repair)
2. Hi Low switch end doesn't flash to contact

Yes, had to disassemble the switch nearly completely.

worked for some day, but the little piece for switching hi-low didn't´t stay in place for long.
I spend too much hours on this.
will replace it and wtb a old+good one.
