Those are hard to find. Depending on the diff you are using you can change the internals and use course spline stubs which are quite common.

I can't remember any 4 bolt, 2 dowel, fine spline drive flanges. Fine spline was either 100mm flange with 6/8mm bolts or 110mm flange 6/10mm bolts. 911 or 914 drive flange with 4 bolt 2 dowel were coarse spline.
