For 73 911: Windshield Washer Bottle Location and Attachment Mechanism?

Where was the washer bottle located and how was it attached in a 73 911 with factory A/C? I think it was attached to blower motor cover but not sure of location or attachment mechanism. Pictures and pointers to attachment parts appreciated.

I can't find any good pictures of this from my 72T, and the car is in my other storage location right now. The bottle does strap to the blower cover. There should be a metal clip welded to the trunk floor on the left side that the bottle clips into. The rubber strap connects to the floor clip also, then up and over the bottle to the lip of the blower cover.

It attaches on the left side of cardboard 4 bolt protector of the blower housingAttachment 554021Attachment 554022Attachment 554023. It sits into a bracket then held fast with a rubber strap and is under the carpet with the filler sticking through the carpet

Not sure how easy they are to find. According to PET it is the same strap used to hold the front condenser blower in place, 901-611-025-21.

Edit - Same strap used as the battery hold-down for 356 and SWB 911/912. Available from all the usual vendors, albeit at a rather surprising price for what it is.

There is a clip on the floor of the Frunk to hold the base of the bottle in place as well. You can see part of it on the base of the bottle in the Picture above.

Here’s a picture of my ‘71 T that had a/c. I’m guessing this is the mount in question.

If I may, I won’t be reinstalling the a/c because I didn’t get a complete system when I purchased my project car. I need to replace the front latch panel and have this extra bracket, I’m guessing it’s the fluid tank bracket for a non a/c car, but I don’t have a clue as to where it goes on the backside/inside of the latch panel. Is it as simple as buy the tank, stick it through the hole and just line up whatever tank tabs to this bracket?

the bracket welds to the tank support,,not the bulkhead

this is a 66-67 fluid bottle bracket(or better call it RD s interpretation of it) it welds to the latch panel.
