Emergency flasher/wiring harness differences 70-72/73 and later

Good day,

Trying to sort out the different Hella emergency flasher units and wiring harnesses Porsche used in the LWB cars. I believe from 1970 to 1972 the wiring harness has PET number 911.612.014.00 and Porsche changed that into 911.612.014.30 for 1973 (and later). The last one has a 150 ohm resistor build in and think it is on pin 45 of the switch. Hella emergeny flasher switch marked with SAE68 goes together with 014.00 wire harness and SAE 71 marked with 014.30, correct? Is it possible to add this resistor/wire into the 014.00 wire harness to mate to the SAE71 flasher unit and where is the extra brown colored wire connected to?

Correct me if I am wrong, the extra wire with resistor is just to power the light bulb in the SAE71 flasher?
