WTB: 66 Dash top pad

Looking for a nice quality pad for my 1966 911. The one I have is recoverd, a bit loose, bad perforations around the trapezoid speaker grill, and shows stitching.

Anything local around LA area?

Autos international sell a two piece vinyl, hand punched with correct speaker holes and real close vinyl match… at least they used to. The trick is to find an upholsterer who can do it. It’s very very difficult to get right.

Hi John.. thanks for that input. I'd like it to be as close to the original as possible and match the correct vinyl, or what was used on the doors.

Kevin -- do you know who covered yours? Did they keep the horsehair or add padding? Is it leather or vinyl? Are there any seams like you can see in my photo above?

This dash is very nice with no seams but I guess looks less shiny that original vinyl (as far as I remember)
