Can anyone ID what years this fits and what side it is for

It appears to me that it's a driver's side for the 70/71 era. That bracket extending over the main gear appears to be the mount for the barrier strip joining the door harness to the motor harness.
Happy to be corrected if I'm mistaken. Always learning.
