Weird front bumper

Hi.

Is any one familiar w/ the front bumper as shown in the pictures? It's a 70's stock bumper but with a weird modification, like for a front oil cooler. It's a very nice modification, not done by the average guy. Additional information is that it came in a lot of unusual Porsche (race)parts. Any information appreciated.

Please post additional pictures of the front bumper "head on" . tough to see exactly what is going on. Great find with the cache of parts though. Always cool to find this stuff:)
