What area of the state?
East of LA. Anywhere in the San Bernardino region.
Don't know of anything out your way, but if you are looking at long-term you can check with these guys in Orange County.

what's wrong with just renting a large storage locker and putting the car in there?
those things are all over - plus there is not a large number of classic cars to attract thieves...
...is that here in California (Los Angeles) they don't allow car storage in "large regular storage lockers"...I have tried.../ Lars...
