Recaro plastic sports seat identification

Identification of Recaro plastic sports seat? Anyone please...

I need help from you identificate this Recaro sports seat located in German. Is it real Recaro? From which year?

I have never seen this kind of Recaro before. Is it a koenig, Scheel or a reproduction Recaro? I think the adjustments knobs are strange?

I would be very, very greatful for any advice on this matter, I know some of you know more of the Recaro seats than the folks on Recaro in Germany!!

Yes, that is a real Recaro from the mid 70s. Metal shell, so probably a lot heavier than the plastic seats.

recaro adjustable

Hi, this seat was called the Rallye II...if I am not mistaken.
Was built into Opel Monza 400 or Ascona 400...like the ad said...it is adjustable in the sidebolsters and flips forward around the hinge in the side bolster.Back and bottom are pressed steel with openings showing the fabric.

Thank you Cornpanzer and Stefan! Important info!

The seller offers me the seat, which needs new fabric/cover, for 550 Euro included shipping, but I guess this seat has much less value than the earlier plastic seats? I have seen plastic Recaros sell for 1000-1500 Euro these days, on ebay.

Hi Michael,
try to find a decent model to reproduce...I like it a lot and it is like a bucket but completly adjusts...if somebody has a bad one or needs recovering, give me a call....
