Slate Grey with Red

Anyone got pictures of a SWB in Slate Grey with Red interiors?

I'd love to see them, it sounds like a great combination. I'm helipng out a friend decide the color of his 67S.

Here is a restored '65 SWB 911 in Slate with Red leather seats.

This car had Black seats originally and still has its Black door panels.

A Red interior car would have had Red door panels to match the seats.

However there is no doubt that this striking color combination is perfect for a SWB car.

A buddy of mine is doing his 356 in that color combo ... looks GREAT in person.

I know it's the best color combo, but then I'm bias.

Interestingly on a 65MY car the Red color is different to a 66 and onwards. My interior is all original and much more similar to the upholstery used in a 356C.

Thanks, great looking cars and great combination. I think I have good elements to talk my friend into doing it slate grey, vs. the current Polo red

That's next winter's project for me. I'm changing my interior from black to red. Tell your friend the red interior is the way to go:)
