1967 Shell with Title and COA
This is a former 912 racecar that the PO was going to make a 912R clone out of. The rear fenders have R fiberglass flairs that were not put in very well. The back seat area has been cut out for easier access to the runiing gear. All the undercoating has been removed and the car has been drilled to lighten it on the rear deck. It looks like new pans have been put in at some time in it's life and the car is free of rust except for where the pan meets the front foot well and part of the meeting of the pan at the tunnel. My 250 pounds were all over the floorboard as I was dismantling it and it's as solid as earth but I would have it brazed at various points if I were keeping it. It's basically totally stripped except for the front and rear suspension, steering box and harness which has been pulled inside the body on both ends. The front has welded in strut reinforcements and the back has shoes where a roll bar had been. I have an offer for the front and rear suspension (banana arms and struts) for $500 which I'm muddling over. I'll sell the whole thing with the suspension for $1,250 or $750 not including the doors and wheels but will let you borrow the wheels for moving it. I have a title and COA for the car. It needs to go quick to make room for my 911. I have most of the parts I took out. I was going to put fiberglass doors, hood, fenders and deck lid as well as lexan glass and then drop a mother f***ing big a** engine in it but currently don't have the time to do so. Original color combo was Gulf Blue with Black Leather. bbausser@gmail.com or 404.664.6914 More pics to follow.
