Not sure who has seen this, it could be truly awful, but what they hey, passing it along. A dealer in LA has it. One to save? Just happened across it looking for wheels!

Might be worth investigating. Those LOOK like real 73 RS rear metal flares and do I see what appears to be a new set of the wider 67S rocker trims and rubbers in the trunk.............do you think that is just to tempt a buyer and they are not actually in with the deal? The rest of the car looks rough.
EDIT; Very interesting background. Someone MUST know where that is located.

Mike
Ugly, but intriguing. That's going to be a lot of work.

"1967 Porsche 911 S Coupe Project Price: $26,000.00
This rare SWB 911 S coupe was originally Irish Green. It shows 86,268 miles on the speedometer. We have installed a correct 911 S engine and five speed transmission with correct Weber 40IDS carburetors. The engine number is 960590 and the transmission number is 901/02 ser#103271. It was originally a non-sunroof coupe, but someone had installed an aftermarket moon roof and metal rear flares. It appears that it has not had any previous accident damage, but there is rust in the right floor area, around the lower edge of the back window, and some rust in the front pan area. The code on the doorpost is 97-6606-L. We have a Clear California Pink Slip Title on the car. This vehicle will need to be towed from our location or picked up by a car hauler."
