Seems that the plastic quarter window suppliers are drying up???
I originally was thinking about "R" type quarters, but I'm open to other options.
Anyone have any pics of what they have installed?
Thanks,

Todd,
I've attached a few photos of the lightweight plastic windows that we did for my '72 RSR tribute. Except for the windshield, Kevin Jeanette at Gunnar Racing, hand-fabricated and thermo-formed every window in the car out of plastic..including the roll ups. It wasn't originally in the plan to make these, but his idea turned out to be a pretty cool and weight-saving detail on the car. I'm not sure if that is helpful to your cause, but at least you know that it can be done if the more commercially-available options are getting scarce.
Great car Lee!
Thanks for the reply.
Since I posted the question, I think I've come up with a solution that is very similar to the frameless quarter windows used on the 356 GT cars.

Lee,
I saw your 911 at Kevins shop about 3 months ago.
Awesome does not even describe the attention to detail
this car has. Congrats!
Lee, your car...it's it's stunning! Would you mind posting a few more pictures. It's one of the cars on my list to build. Thanks, Freddie
Thanks for the kind words about the RSR build. I think that everyone who was involved in putting it together did outstanding work and it turned out far beyond what we started out to do. I have over 1300 photos of the build from the original eBay photos when I bought it, the substantial rust repairs and body work, through the mechanicals and engine, and on to all the finish details. I'll be happy to post whatever anybody is interested in seeing. Let me know if there is anything specific that you would like to see and I'll do my best to get you something to look at. Some of the before and after shots would really tell an interesting story.
Interested in seeing the engine and engine specs and suspension and general exterior pictures. Geez I could go on and on. You will find my email below. Thanks Lee.
Hey Todd,
I was looking for the 911R rear qtr's too. I took the set off my dads car to a plastic forming company down the street. They could make make them for about $15.00 dollars a side....... but it would require $4k a side for the tooling....ouch! I would have to sell 16 pairs @ $500 to break even... not happing anytime soon. I'm just going to order them from Europe.
I'll just keep the lexan that I cut to fit in the frames that I have been using for years.
I thought TRE had these? At least Dave's website shows they offer them on the "911R Conversion Kit" page.
