Bought these awhile ago from Stoddards they have never been used speedometer cable and Rubber sleeve for '68 to '73 for sure. Stoddards list these pieces for $139 & $15. Part #'s are 901.741.111.01 & 901.741.291.00 How about $95 for both shipped in the USA.
