Advice on ROW car

I'm in the process of restoring my 68 911S Targa SWT. Because it's an ROW car, I have German gauges, but my headlight and directionals are US. My question is, should I have Euro headlights and directional lenses?

I know the lens colors are different on the directionals, but do the headlights look different?

I don't know for sure but I believe a ROW '68 S. should have the H1 headlamps.
I'm sure there's a thread with the correct headlamp info.
