I really hate to tell you this but those are updraft exhaust manifolds from a 1947 Chris-Craft Barrel Back "MBL."
When people show their tall manifolds, I look for the little dimples on the webs between the stacks. Do the flanges at the heads have any clearance notches? Gled
"319" is the number you seek. I missed the 46's by a few years.
