They are available as repops. I have a set, and they are nice.

If you're looking for something more racy, these brackets are aluminum, 6061-T6, waterjet, Tig welded, & tumble-finished. They have the correct polygonal base & weigh 192.75 grams each. $85/pair + $6 shipping.
I can also see similar to these on PP. They suit cars to 68 it seems and maybe more. Do they go through the original horn grille, or require the cutout grille? How do they attach?
The mounts take slotted horn grills (901.559.431.25, 901.559.432.25) that Eric reproduces.
The plates sandwich 2 existing stamped openings in the front fender's bottom bracing.
There were at least 2 versions of bracket hardware, one with a custom 'locking' screw (shown) & one with a socket head screw.
